Wedding – Bride and Groom perspective

12pm - 5pm
The bride and her attendants are welcomed to their private Spa Villa where they are greeted with champagne and canapés. The next five hours are filled with laughter accompanied by delicious treatments including manicures and pedicures. The afternoon is finished with bridal make up and hair.

2pm
The groom is checked into his  Executive Suite at Crown Towers. He spies the champagne and chocolates left for them to enjoy later. But now he has to join his groomsmen at his private poker table in the Las Vegas room for a llesson in Texas Hold’ em to calm the nerves before the big event.

4.30pm – 5.30pm
The Groom nervously welcomes his guests to the opulent Drawing Room where they are greeted by waiters serving champagne, canapés and a spectacular city skyline view. Candles are lit and the fragrance of the brides’ favourite lilies fills the air. The bride is escorted from the Spa Villa to the Drawing Room by her proud father and attendants.

5.30pm – 6.30pm
Whilst guests enjoy pre dinner drinks and canapés the bridal party are whisked away to the Crown rooftop for photographs to capture the moment of their special day. The city and Yarra River provide a unique backdrop.

6.30pm – midnight
Candles flicker on the tables in the River Room, moving to the soft background music. The blinds are down and the tables are pin spotted to show off the hand picked flowers arranged in the middle of the tables, all guests are waiting with anticipation the arrival of the bride and groom.

During the first dance of the evening as husband and wife, the blinds are drawn revealing a stunning sunset towards the west of the city – the last of the suns rays can be seen glistening on the river. The lights of the city start to form the backdrop for a wonderful evening of creative food, attentive service and dancing.

Midnight
While guests are dancing the night away at Fusion the bride and groom slip away retreating to their room in the clouds where they enjoy the chocolates and champagne left for them to indulge in with the compliments of Crown as they relive their perfect day.
