Charity Event – Guests' perspective

7pm – 7.30pm
The limousine pulls up at the entrance to Crown and the attendant opens the car door with a welcoming smile. He directs the guests to Palladium via the magnificent Atrium staircase.

On arrival guests are greeted by immaculate waiters presenting a selection of beverages including a rainbow of cocktails. Delicious canapés circulate through Palladiums Pre Function Area as the 800 guests meet and greet each other.

In the background magicians pull gold chains from peoples ears and stilt walkers’ tower over the crowd.

7.30pm – midnight
The imposing doors of the Palladium are open to reveal the huge room dressed as a circus tent. Acrobats swing overhead on the flowing red ribbons that have been secured within the high ceilings to the sound of the big brass band.

The pin spotted tables feature stunning ice sculptures of elephants, lions and acrobats sitting upon brightly coloured linens. The guest’s entrees await them inside bamboo steamer baskets. The room is filled with the aromas within.

The centre stage comes alive with the laughter of the ring master as he introduces the first of the evening’s entertainment – the high kicking, energetic Moulin Rouge dancers.

The evening is filled energetic, high flying circus acts, innovative cuisine, mouth-watering beverages and attentive service.

Midnight onwards

Guests collect their complimentary entry passes to Crowns newest nightspots Fusion and Odeon from the centre of the table to dance the night away.
